We are a full service accounting and business consulting firm located in the South King County area looking to service clients of all backgrounds. While our main goal is to help empower small and mid-sized business owners by maintaining accurate records, financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory compliance, we also routinely work with individuals who are looking to file their taxes accurately and on time.

In addition to our accounting and tax filing services, we provide business consulting services in a multitude of ways. Our core consulting service is centered around assisting business owners develop growth strategies specific to their industry and competition. Our leadership team brings over a decade of experience in the commercial banking and investment banking sectors and is well equipped to provide meaningful advice and research in a plethora of industries.

Furthermore, we aim to be a partner to existing (and aspiring) business owners who are looking to buy new businesses or sell their current business. The partnership we will provide will include modeling out the proposed transactions, reaching out to partner banks to assist with acquisition financing, and making sure the appropriate law firms are involved to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

We are also very passionate about our roots to the West Coast and aim to grow our firm into a regional powerhouse that our local community can depend on for all business related questions and services.
